現在、英語のライティングの練習に取り組んでいますが、書き散らすだけではもったいない（？）ので、記録も兼ねて当ブログにも書き込んでおきます。
レベルが低いのはご愛嬌ということで。
These two graphs comare the use of energy sources in the USA in 1980s and 1990s. They have some differences about the proportion and ranking,
Oil is the largest source in both of 1980s and 1990s, however,the proportion of 1990s is less than 1980s and the amount of decleasing, and it is 9%, is the largest among the energy sources. Natural gas occupies second position in 1980s, but decline to third in 1990s, and the proportions of natural gas has changed from 26% to 25%. On the other hand, coal is the third position in 1980s and the second in 1990s. Hydroelectric power has not changed in the proportion. Nuclear power have doubled from 1980s to 1990s, from 5% to 10%.
These graphs indicate the tendency that the proportion of energy sources have really changed and the existence of energies other than oil and natural gas become larger than before.
全部で約150語。IELTSのライティング（task1）ではグラフなどを見たうえで、それについて150語以上を20分程度で書くことが求められます。
それに合わせて書いてみたら、上記の文章ができました。
文法やスペルの問題もあるでしょうが、意外に単語が思い浮かばないのが辛いです。
例えば、「割合」という言葉を全てproportionとしていますが、他にもratioやpercentageという単語もあります。
また、横ばいというニュアンスはremainが使えるようです。
特に割合という言葉はIELTSのライティングでは多用しそうなので、しっかり頭に叩き込んでおこうと思います。
